Biography

Katya Houtheusen is a photographer / visual artist based in London and Brighton. Her work focuses on conceptual and documentary practice, often merging the two to create visual commentary on political or social issues. Within her work, Katya uses pastiche and parody to create these narratives. A main area of interest in Katya's current work is on how AI, technology and our existence in digital spaces is affecting our lives, both as artists and citizens.
